Mayley is an information and referral service. It composes day-by-day plans from your input and public sources and refers you on if you choose to book. Mayley is not a tour operator, travel agency, reseller or merchant of record for flights, hotels, rental cars, tickets or any other travel service. We sell no travel, collect no travel money and book nothing in your name. The contract is with the provider. A partner link is a referral, not a sale by Mayley. You never check out in the app for a trip.
A sentence “we are not an organiser” does not help if the law still treats us as facilitating a linked travel arrangement (reviews/juridisch.md A1). Hence: at most one commissionable travel service type at a time, no personal data to the booking partner, no price on a book button. See affiliate-disclosure.md.
Driving times, fuel, tolls, prices and opening hours are estimates. Check them with the source before you leave. Except for intent or gross negligence we are not liable for decisions based on the plan. Detail: reisdisclaimer.md.

The tap goes through our server with a random click ID and no name or email. After that you are the other party’s customer.
Rate as on /tarieven: €0.50 per opened route, €15 / month cap ex VAT, no subscription. Founding partners free until 23 January 2027. Position 1 is not for sale. Peppol (BE) or reverse-charged (other EU). B2B, not a consumer IAP.
You are responsible for your details. Delete anytime in the app or at /verwijderen. Only an accounting line with no personal data remains.

Payment for the information product, not for a trip. In the app via the App Store or Google Play (mayley_pro_monthly, mayley_pro_yearly, mayley_pro_trip — 30-day pass). On the website via Mollie (/pro), only when a price and RG_BASIS are set. That page does not sell a flight, hotel or rental car. No price in these terms. A partner booking stays a referral (§1, §4). Mayley is not the merchant of record for it.
Mayley is a free demo; features may change. Belgian law; Belgian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Worldwide download does not change that forum.
